Full-body massage that promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension and improves circulation and movement range.

Slow strokes and deep finger pressure massage for stress and pain relief, lowering blood pressure and heart rate. Reduces arthritis symptoms, breaks up scar tissue, and rehabilitates injured muscles.

Massage for specific areas of the body. Reduces muscle tension as a result of excessive physical activity. Enhances circulation and movement quality. Boosts injury recovery and ameliorates pain.
